Advertising in The Navigator 

Each month we focus on delivering a viable avenue for small to medium size businesses to have an opportunity to participate in direct mail for a fraction of the cost in comparison to "going it alone". As a result of strong readership and consistent return response rate, most advertisers consider their budget for advertising in the Navigator something they can not eliminate due to the business it brings them. The Navigator is a free monthly publication that is direct mailed to over 21,000 homes and businesses in South East Orlando with the heaviest concentration in zip codes: 32827, 32829, 32832, 34741, 34773. New zip codes coming soon: 34769, 34772, 34744. 

Deadlines: All ads are due by the 15th of every month.

Artwork Requirements:

All advertisements must be submitted to the size and file specification on or before the deadline, which falls on the 15th of every month.

Files Accepted: All files submitted are preferred in PDF format with all fonts converted to outlines and all graphics at high quality 300 resolution (dpi). We may also accept Illustrator Ai  files or Photoshop JPEG, EPS, or PSD files. All files must be CMYK, including the images used in the advertisement. We can not accept low resolution files, RGB files or Word documents. We strive to bring the highest color quality but we cannot guarantee specific color shades for spot colors. If you require a spot color match, please ask for assistance in obtaining the closest CMYK color specs.

Art Services: If you do not have the ability to create your advertisement, our Graphic Designer will create one for you at an additional charge. Please contact our staff for a price estimate and further details.
